Abstract This study empirically examines the impact of noncontrolling large shareholders (NCLSs) on short‐term debt for long‐term investment (SDFLI) using a sample Chinese A‐share firms listed Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2005 to 2021.
