We report the formulation of nanoassemblies (NAs) comprising C225 conjugates Au-PFH-NAs (C-Au-PFH-NAs) for low-intensity focused ultrasound diagnosis ablation thyroid cancer. C-Au-PFH-NAs showed excellent stability in water, phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), and 20% rat serum.
