Background Epidemiological risk factors such as the demography of a place, environment, food, livestock, and companion animals are known sources Klebsiella pneumoniae infection. Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) has become powerful tool to complement traditional microbiological characterization foodborne pathogens. Moreover, K. several species complexes (KpSC) is very difficult differentiate using routine methods. The present study aims investigate prevalence in fish available retail market WGS....
Studies on antimicrobial resistance (AMR) profiles and epidemiological affirmation for AMR transmission are limited in fisheries aquaculture settings. Since 2015, based Global Action Plan by World Health Organization (WHO) Animal (OIE), several initiatives have been under taken to enhance the knowledge, skills capacity establish trends through surveillance strengthening of evidence. The focus this study was determine prevalence (AMR), its molecular characterization with respect phylogroups,...
The currents study evaluated the morphology (apperture, size, perine structures and surface ornamentation) of treated spores 45 selected fern species from Western Ghats India, using Scanning Electron Microspcopy (SEM). Twenty-six were trilete type, while 19 them had monolete aperture types. size spore found to be highly variable (20X20µm 60X60µm) with an average mean 44 µmX38µm. Further more have a diverse ornementaion 11 different types structures. Gammate psilatetype ornamentation,and...
Summary: Antibiotic-resistant bacteria are emerging threat to the global public health. Estimates suggests >10 million deaths by 2050 due AMR alone. Six Indian institute collaborated along with 4 UK universities address issue of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) through One Health approach under NEOSTAR project jointly funded Department Biotechnology (DBT), Government India and Research Innovation (UKRI), United Kingdom. To a question “Dose in livestock contributes people? A pilot study was...
