Abstract Abiotic stresses greatly affect the immunity of plants. However, it is unknown whether pathogen infection affects abiotic stress tolerance host Here, effect defense response on cold and heat plants was investigated in Pst DC3000‐infected Arabidopsis plants, found that pathogen‐induced could alleviate injury caused by subsequent (38°C). Transcriptomic sequencing plus RT‐qPCR analyses showed some genes are up‐regulated transcription infection, including signaling components ICE1 ,...

For count data, though a zero-inflated model can work perfectly well with an excess of zeroes and the generalized Poisson tackle over- or under-dispersion, most models cannot simultaneously deal both zero-deflated data under-dispersion. Ear diseases are important in healthcare, falls into this kind data. This paper introduces Hurdle that too many/few sample variance not equal to mean. To estimate parameters, we use method moments. In addition, asymptotic normality efficiency these estimators...

In contingency table analysis, a likelihood ratio test for linear inequality constraints is discussed. The restriction condition considered in this article much more general than usual stochastic order conditions. Asymptotic property of statistic shown. Simulation study conducted to compare the empirical power and size performed via proposed method others. Several real data sets are used illustrate our theoretical result. idea can be applied problems with nonlinear constraints.

Abstract This article discusses regression analysis of multivariate current status failure time data for which the observation may be related to underlying survival time. A local partial likelihood technique is used estimate varying coefficient covariate effect functions under additive hazards frailty model. The asymptotic properties proposed estimators are established. An extensive simulation study conducted evaluation procedure, results indicate that method works well in practice. Also, a...

Moderation analyses are widely used in biomedical and psychosocial research to investigate differential treatment effects, with moderators frequently identified through testing the significance of interaction between predictor potential moderator under strong parametric assumptions. Without imposing any forms on how may affect relationship predictors responses, varying coefficient models address this fundamental problem assumptions current practice moderation analysis provide a much broader...

We generalize the double smoothing local linear regression method to nonparametric of time series. Under a strong mixing condition for dependence series, we show that after another round based on estimates, estimate will have reduced asymptotic bias, while keeping variance at same order. The bias reduces from order h2 estimates h4 where h is bandwidth. Hence produces more optimal in terms mean squared error. Simulation studies and real series data analysis confirm advantages compared method.

The functional coefficient partially linear regression model is a useful generalization of the nonparametric model, partial and varying model. In this paper, local technique method are employed to estimate all functions in asymptotic properties proposed estimators studied. Simulation studies conducted show validity procedure.
