In this report, we present an unusual case of jaundice in a patient with advanced colorectal cancer due to intraductal tumour invasion the intra- and extrahepatic biliary tree. This complication proved be fatal despite aggressive therapeutic management. A correct diagnosis type involvement was achieved by combination diagnostic cholangiography. Despite adequate decompression, died from liver failure sepsis.
