Ecological variability of amino acid composition in proteins some Black Sea macrophytes was studied. It has been shown that highly contaminated areas (seaports), the amounts self-regulating acids (alanine, glutamic, arginine, leucine and proline) were higher than less sea areas. ascertained level contamination affects biological value algal protein (mainly lowering it). This is probably one reasons for reduction biodiversity productivity biocenoses.
