Energetic radiation during thunderstorms is studied. The possibility to identify the high-energy lightning emission in 10 s monitoring mode demonstrated. Simultaneous measurements of gamma-ray emission, electrons, and neutron triggering are fulfilled. Energy spectra gamma electrons obtained. intensity both rays discharge prevail background by 1.5 2 orders magnitude.
Three solar energetic proton events in the beginning of 2012 (January and March) revealed significant increases integral fluxes with energies >100 MeV were analyzed by data from subpolar neutron monitors (>500 MeV). As it was found event on January 27, followed cosmic ray enhancement about 2% at several high latitude which coincided onset intensity increase GOES channels. This also confirmed GOES/HEPAD that allow us to consider as a Ground Level Enhancement. The March (7.03 13.03) occurred...
The effects of high-speed solar wind streams from low-latitude coronal holes and mass ejections (CMEs) on cosmic ray intensity in 2007 are studied. database Forbush created at IZMIRAN, with density anisotropy calculated by the Global Survey Method (GSM) basis Neutron Monitor network data has been used. behaviour mean characteristics all Forbush-effects caused (interplanetary magnetic field velocity, 10 GV equatorial component anisotropy) is epoch method. Features low- latitude described.
The effect of high-speed solar wind streams from low-latitude coronal holes on cosmic ray intensity is studied. database Forbush effects created at IZMIRAN, with density and anisotropy calculated by the Global Survey Method (GSM) basis Neutron Monitor network data has been used for entire 2007. From analysis events in 2007 it was found that relationship magnitude to speed much weaker than interplanetary magnetic field. Best all FE correlates a 'critical' rigidity CR determined shield...
The events of multiple neutron production under a 2000 g/cm2 thick rock absorber were studied at the Tien Shan mountain cosmic ray station, an altitude 3340 m above sea level. From comparison experimental and Geant4 simulated multiplicity spectra it follows that great bulk these can be explained by interaction muons with internal material detector. In synchronous operation underground monitor shower detector system was found characteristics muonic component extensive air showers which is...
Geomagnetic conditions in near-Earth space have been a constantly evolving scientific field, especially during the latest years when dependence of our everyday life on environment has significantly increased. The community managed to implement centers for continuous monitoring geomagnetic which resulted into short and long term forecasting planetary index Ap. In this work, that established are operational mode Russia (IZMIRAN), Greece (Athens), Kazakhstan (Almaty) Bulgaria (Sofia) presented....
Changes of geomagnetic activity indices and cosmic ray density anisotropy variations in high-speed streams a solar wind from various coronal holes are studied.More than 300 observed 2002-2013 were divided into groups taking account their polarity heliolatitude. It is shown that transequatorial holes, northern with negative the southern positive more effective other creation activity. The behavior vector rays (especially its North -South component) depends substantially on magnetic field...
A search for the possible precursors of an earthquake and its effect on data series diverse geophysical parameters has been made in mountain Northern Tien Shan. The complex installation included NM64 type neutron supermonitor, detectors environmental low-energy neutrons, scintillation gamma-detector, sensor local electric field, a seismograph, weather-station. specialized filtration methodic was elaborated with enhanced sensitivity to transient signals seismic origin. On eve of, after 5.4...
