外傷性尿溢流を診断する際には，最初の排泄相computed tomography（CT）の施行後48時間以内に再検査を行うことが推奨されている。受傷後48時間以内に行った2回のCT検査で検出されなかった外傷性尿溢流が遅発した1例を報告する。症例は42歳の女性で，右腎に鈍的損傷を受傷した。入院時のCT検査では右腎下部に複雑性深在性損傷を認めたが，尿溢流はなく，損傷した腎実質に部分的な造影剤の残存がみられた。また動脈性の血管外漏出像を認めたが，血管造影では血管外漏出像は描出されなかった。受傷翌日の排泄相CT画像では尿溢流は認めず，部分的な造影剤の残存所見がみられ，maximum intensity...
症例は64歳女性．下部直腸癌に対して術前化学放射線療法後に腹腔鏡下腹会陰式直腸切断術，右側方リンパ節郭清術を施行した．術後会陰創の離開および多量の排液があり，腹部CT検査で右側方リンパ節郭清領域に液体貯留を認めた．術後リンパ嚢胞の診断でCTガイド下穿刺ドレナージを施行し，ドレーン留置のまま外来で経過をみていた．術後56日目に腹痛および右鼠径部痛で来院し，腹部CT検査でドレーンの逸脱およびリンパ嚢胞の増悪を認めた．右鼠径リンパ節穿刺によるリピオドールを用いたリンパ管造影を施行したところ，症状の改善を認め，15日目に退院となった．
