대체모델을 이용한 신뢰성기반 최적설계에서 최적해와 신뢰도의 정확성은 제한조건경계의 대체모델의 정확도에 영향을 받는다. 기존 제안된 제한조건경계 샘플링 기법은 제한조건경계에 실험점을 생성하여 이러한 정확성을 높일 수 있었다. 하지만, 먼 부근의 제한조건경계에도 불필요한 과도한 계산비용이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 크리깅 통계적 정보를 이용하여 최적해 근처의 생성하는 효율적인 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법의 효율성과 수학예제를 통하여 확인한다.

고 충실도 모델을 사용하여 상용 통합최적설계 소프트웨어를 통한 상세설계 사례가 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 전투차량과 같이 복잡한 시스템을 설계하기 위해서는 언어 기반 사용한 체계 수준의 접근이 필요하다. 또한, 수치 연산을 이용한 최적화 알고리즘을 통해 경사도 계산 시, 비용이 행렬 연산 과정에 의해 시간이 허비될 수 따라서, 본 논문에서는 개념설계에 초점을 맞추어 통합 인터페이스를 구축하고, 기호 도입하여 효율적으로 최적화를 수행하였다. 인터페이스와 연산의 효용성을 보이기 위해 전투차량체계 최적설계를 수행하였으며, 매우 크게 감소하였다.
