Abstract Over 100 mine shaft failures have occurred in coal mines of the Huang-Huai region China over last three decades. While traditional treatment measures are time-consuming and typically require re-application, approach maintaining water level during mining is a promising technique, first employed 2011 Jisan by injecting groundwater into aquifer. In this study, has been improved upon applied to Dongtan mine. The middle lower lithological groups was maintained replenishing from upper...

Considering the seepage stress coupling of fractured rock mass, multiple holes grouting problems were simulated to analyse spread regularity by Universal Distinct Element Code(UDEC).The results show that correlation between pressure and diffusion distance is positive, whereas ground negative; With raising holes, increasing becoming more uniform in all directions, grout saturation falling attenuation amplitude decreasing along direction diffusion; fracture aperture, increasing, diffusion.

The study on the adsorption and micropore filling of water vapor in coal is significant for predicting coalbed methane content seams. primary purpose this to explain effects pore structure its surface chemistry monolayer adsorption, filling, diffusion coefficient. First, X-ray diffraction (XRD) mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP) analyzed inorganic mineral components two kinds samples fissures structures. Then, we divide pores according theory fractal dimensions. Furthermore, carried out...

The mechanical vibrations caused by underground operations can easily lead to coal and gas outbursts in mines. Using the MVGAD‐I experimental platform that we designed, raw (0 Hz) was treated with vibration frequencies of 25, 50, 75, 100 Hz, samples different frequency were obtained. total pore volume (TPV), specific surface area (SSA), size distribution, fractal dimension (PFD) five analyzed mercury intrusion porosimetry low‐pressure nitrogen adsorption data. We found TPV, SSA, PFD...
