본 연구의 목적은 한국 성인의 유산소 및 근력 강화 활동에 따른 동맥경화지수(atherogenic index of plasma, AIP)의 연관성을 조사하며, 그 관계에 있어 양-반응 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 국민건강영양조사 2014-2019년도 자료를 활용하여 복합표본 설계 방법에 따라 31,119명의 활동 지침 달성 여부를 분석하였으며, AIP와의 확인하기 위해 교차분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) AIP의 수치에 지침을 모두 충족하지 않거나, 활동만 충족, 그리고 두 모두를 충족하는 비율은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p.05). 2) 중-고강도 활동이 없는 인원을 참조그룹으로 하였을 때 달성과 관계없이 시간이 증가할수록 승산비가 감소되었다(OR: 0.78, 95% CI: 0.68-0.89). 또한, 달성하지 못한 신체활동 참여 일수가 감소되었다(OR:0.69, 0.61-0.77). 3) 못하는 집단을 달성한 그룹에서 가장 크게...
