In this work we tested two reagent kits developed by us for detecting SARS-CoV-2 RNA using a fragment of the ORF1ab gene in digital PCR and real-time formats. Data were obtained on detection virus nasopharyngeal swabs patients with COVID-19 asymptomatic carriers. The provided 100% sensitivity limit 103 GE / ml qPCR, at least 200 copies viral when performing PCR. These methods panel 1,328 samples collected from suspected beginning 2020 Russian Federation. It has been shown that dPCR is more...

Novel Haseki tick virus (HSTV) was detected in ixodid ticks and patients the Asian part of Russia. Sequencing genome fragments corresponding whole polyprotein viral RdRp demonstrated that HSTV is genetically close to unclassified Flavi-like viruses. Phylogenetic analysis sequences showed these viruses were Bole 4 (BLTV 4), which early Asia, Europe, Africa Caribbean region. The organization predicts BLTV may also be classified as putative new genera within Flaviviridae with enlarged...

Determined is the complete genome sequence of Kolarovo-2008 strain (Siberia subtype) Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV), isolated from a tick in suburbs Tomsk city. Nucleotide analysis testifies fact that level genetic differences within Siberian subtype TBEV amounts to 10 % nucleotide and 7 amino-acid for certain genes. 3'-HTO has highest rate variability homology ranging 65 97 %. Vasilchenko (isolated Novosibirsk 1969) strains have homology. The dissimilarity between two substantially...

From 2006 to 2011, in the Tomsk region (south of Western Siberia), eight species pathogens were detected birds and ticks feeding on them: Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV), West Nile (WNV), Borrelia spp., Rickettsia Bartonella Anaplasma Ehrlichia Babesia spp. The identification a number strains viruses bacterial genovariants related geographically with Russian Far East, Eastern Siberia, China Japan confirms possibility role spread direction Siberia back. This paper reports the analysis of nucleotide sequences 5'-untranslated region (5'-UTR) tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) genomic RNA isolated from 39 individual taiga ticks collected in several regions Northern Eurasia. The 5'-UTRs Siberian and Far East TBEV genotypes were 89% 95% identical to prototype strains (Zausaev 205), respectively. detected substitutions typical for these two genotypes, which made possible unambiguous identification. Both conservative variable motifs 5'-UTR RNA....
