Abstract Novel P *‐monodentate diamidophosphite ligands have been prepared by a one‐step phosphorylation of alcohols or amines. Both the electronic and steric demands estimated quantitatively. Neutral [Pd(allyl)Cl(L)] cationic [Pd(allyl)(L) 2 ] + BF 4 − complexes obtained starting from [Pd(allyl)Cl] . The new demonstrated high enantioselectivity in Pd‐catalysed allylic substitution reactions 1,3‐diphenylallyl acetate with NaSO p Tol (up to 97% ee ), PhCH NH 95% ) CH (CO Me) ). Application...
Abstract The 14‐ O ‐benzylnaltrexones 3 – 6 were prepared from naltrexone ( 2 ) in several steps. novel compounds biologically evaluated radioligand binding and [ 35 S]GTP γ S functional assays comparison to the reference compound naltrexone. In assay, exhibited preference for κ opioid receptors, while parent shows μ receptors. antagonist potency of was range naltrexone, considerably higher most
Abstract A series of new fine‐tunable monodentate phosphite and phosphoramidite ligands based on carboranes have been synthesized used for asymmetric Rh‐catalyzed hydrogenation prochiral olefins with the result up to 99.8% ee. Dependence enantioselectivity electron‐withdrawing or electron‐donating properties carboranyl substituent has studied. Chirality, 2009. © 2008 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
The conjugates of porphyrin macrocycles with boron-containing polyhedra are under investigation as agents for binary treatment strategies cancer. Aiming at the design photoactive compounds low-to-zero dark toxicity, we synthesized a series carboranyl and monocarbon-carboranyl derivatives protohaemin IX using activation carboxylic groups di-tert-butyl pyrocarbonate or pivaloyl chloride. water-soluble...
New chiral P,N-hybrid aryl phosphites have been obtained by one-step phosphorylation of amino and imino alcohols. Complexation the new ligands with [Rh(CO)2Cl]2, [Pd(COD)Cl2] [Pd(allyl)Cl]2 was found to give chelate complexes [Rh(CO)Cl(η2-P∩N)], [PdCl2(η2-P∩N)] [Pd(allyl)(η2-P∩N)]+Cl−, respectively. With these P,N-ligands, up 82% ee enantioselectivity achieved in Pd-catalysed alkylation ethyl 3-penten-2-yl carbonate dimethyl malonate, 80% sulfonylation methyl sodium p-toluenesulfinate, 50%...
