Abstract Acylative kinetic resolution of racemic amines occupies a highly important place among the methods for preparation enantio enriched or pure amines. Nonenzymatic acylative is usually carried out in presence chiral acyl‐transfer catalysts under action enantio‐ diastereoselective resolving agents. Recently, this line investigations has been rapidly developed and very interesting results design synthetic application both new acylating agents have obtained. This microreview summarizes...
Novel nanocomposite materials based on Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) coated with silica and covalently modified by [(3-triethoxysilyl)propyl]succinic acid-polyethylene glycol (PEG 3000) conjugate, which provides a high level of doxorubicin (Dox) loading, were obtained. The efficiency Dox desorption from the surface nanomaterials under action an alternating field (AMF) in acidic neutral media was evaluated. Their cytotoxicity against tumor cells, as well drug release upon application...
A new group of nido-carboranyl derivatives natural (S)-amino acids containing from 9 to 18 boron atoms was obtained in good yields as a result acylation 3-amino-1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecaborane followed by deboronation. The proposed approach is convenient and based on the use readily available reagents suitable for synthesis enantiopure amino with various side chains, including water-soluble boron-containing (17 examples).
The review summarizes the data published over last 10 – 15 years concerning key groups of purine derivatives with antituberculosis activity. structures purines containing heteroatoms (S, O, N), fragments heterocycles, amino acids and peptides, in 6-position, as well nucleosides are presented. possible targets for action such compounds structure activity relationship discussed. Particular attention is paid to most active compounds, which considerable interest a basis development efficient...
Abstract Using purine as a scaffold, the methods for preparation of novel 2-aminopurine and derivatives substituted at position C 6 by fragments natural amino acids, short peptides, N -heterocycles, including enantiopure ones, have been proposed. The determination enantiomeric purity obtained chiral compounds developed. Conjugates exhibiting high antimycobacterial or anti-herpesvirus activity against both laboratory multidrug-resistant strains were revealed among compounds.
The design of highly selective low-toxic, low-molecular weight agents for boron delivery to tumour cells is decisive importance the development neutron capture therapy (BNCT), a modern efficient combined method cancer treatment. In this work, we developed simple preparation new closo- and nido-carborane-containing folic acid bis-amides containing 18-20 atoms per molecule. Folic derivatives nido-carborane residues were characterised by high water solubility, low cytotoxicity, demonstrated...
