Micro-Raman imaging of the distribution Te precipitates in CdZnTe crystals different phases is reported. For normal phase precipitates, Raman modes appear centered around 121(A1), 141(E)/TO(CdTe) cm−1 and a weak mode 92(E) indicating presence trigonal lattice Te. Under high pressure phase, volume collapses, giving more bond energy resulting blueshift corresponding bands. Also, spatial area ratio 121 to 141 used quantify precipitates. Further, near-infrared microscopy images support these results.

Current models of antineutrino production in nuclear reactors predict detection rates and spectra at odds with the existing body direct reactor measurements. High-resolution detectors operated close to compact research cores can produce new precision measurements useful testing explanations for these observed discrepancies involving underlying or physics. Absolute measurement 235U-produced spectrum provide additional constraints evaluating accuracy current future models, while relative...

The separation of the metal/polymer interface in a multimaterial product requires significant workload material recycling industry. This study demonstrated that gas bubble nucleation separated and reduced maximum load. A lap-shear test piece was prepared by joining laser-graved aluminum alloy (Al) with 40 wt % glass fiber-reinforced polycarbonate (PCGF40) using injection molding. PCGF40 infiltrated into Al's graved microcavity exhibited 20 MPa adhesive strength anchoring effect. Al/PCGF40...

This paper presents a design of high RF power amplifier using Doherty technique. The objective this is to improve the efficiency 40-W feed-forward linear typically used in code division multiple access (CDMA) base-station applications. proposed uses two identical LDMOS FETs, one which biased class AB mode for carrier and other B peak amplifier. Simulation results with single CDMA signal show S.47 % improvement comparison conventional configuration. Both, as well use technique meet ACPR...

The present work describes an experimental study of damage to n-type silicon caused by a normal Nd:glass laser 1.06 mu m wavelength, running in free-generation mode. Samples different surface quality were prepared mechanical lapping, chemical etching and polishing fine diamond paste. This was done the effect at sample introduced during preparation. Damage morphology observed power densities shows that case lapped samples threshold is considerably lower than mirror-polished samples. results...

Recycling metal–polymer composites in electric vehicles (EVs) is a complex but crucial aspect of achieving sustainability the automotive industry. To enable effective recycling multimaterials EVs, it essential to ensure thorough separation all constituent materials. In this study, we demonstrated effectiveness bubble nucleation at higher saturation pressure, followed by subsequent heating, nearly complete delamination interface. A lap-shear assembly comprising aluminum alloy (Al) and 40 wt %...
