From the need of antagonising hypersonic near-space target (HNST), a multi-attribute evaluation method HNST threat based on RAG-TOPSIS is proposed; attribute weights are dealt with using RAG; grey state for people to understand selection attributes in traditional TOPSIS avoided and confirming more scientific.
