With some common metal salts (CuI, FeCl3) as catalysts, alkynes can be effectively electrocarboxylated with CO2 (4 MPa) in an undivided cell Ni cathode and Al sacrificial anode containing n-Bu4NBr-DMF supporting electrolyte a constant current at room temperature. The saturated tricarboxylic acids besides the dicarboxylic were obtained good yields. yields of strongly influenced by various salt materials property substituted groups. Finally, possible electrochemical mechanism was discussed.

Patients with ulcerative colitis are at a very high risk of developing colorectal cancer. Corticotrophin-releasing hormone (CRH) family peptides and their receptors (CRHRs) found to modulate inflammation tumor cell growth. However, the role CRH in inflammation-related colon cancer is still unknown. The aim this study was investigate functions CRHR1 signaling on development colitis-associated (CAC). Crhr1 -deficient ( −/− ) mice were used explore azoxymethane (AOM) dextran sodium sulfate...

Peripheral corticotropin-releasing hormone receptors (CRHRs) are G protein-coupled that play different roles depending on tissue types. Previously, we discovered the mechanism of CRHR-mediated apoptosis mouse prostate cancer cell line (RM-1) to be a change Bcl-2:Bax ratio, and CRH was found inhibit transforming growth factor β migration breast cells via CRHRs. In present study, investigated cytosolic calcium-dependent phospholipase A2 (cPLA2) bridging CRHR activations ratio effect activation...

Dishevelled 2 (Dvl‐2), a key mediator of the wnt/β‐catenin signaling pathway, plays critical roles in osteoblasts differentiation hyperlipidemia environment. In our previous study, we observed strong correlation between increased dvl2 expression and decreased new bone formation around implants rat implant surgery model. However, transcriptional regulation Dvl2 by microRNAs this process remains unknown. current searched online database identified four significantly up‐regulated miRNAs,...

A novel Co(III)-catalyzed oxidative annulation of aromatic aldehydes with internal alkynes for accessing isocoumarins is described, which achieved by oxidation, weak chelation-assisted C–H bond functionalization, and cascades excellent functional group compatibility, high atom economy, step efficiency. By using environmentally benign inexpensive poly(ethylene glycol)-400 (PEG-400), the Co/Cu/PEG-400 system could be recycled reused.

ABSTRACT Corticortropin‐releasing hormone (CRH) family are multifunctional endocrine‐factors that regulate proliferation, apoptosis, and migration of various types cancer cells. Deregulation the transforming growth factor β1(TGFβ1) signal transduction promotes aggressive metastatic properties in late‐stage breast cancers. We previously have demonstrated cell line CRH suppressed TGFβ1‐induced Epithelial‐Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) via induction E‐cadherin. Our present data MCF‐7 MDA‐MB‐231...

Two new Schiff‐base bismuth (III) complexes were prepared by an equivalent reaction between ligand and Bi (NO 3 ) •5H 2 O with the assistance of Mannitol. The chemical structures two characterized spectroscopic studies (FT‐IR, NMR, MS), elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. ligand‐to‐metal ion ratio was found to be 1:1 in complexes. During formation complexes, Schiff bases changed from amidic forms iminol forms, resulting tautomers could coordinate ions produce dinuclear III...
