In this letter, a software for calibration factor (CF) measurement of radio frequency (RF) power sensors (PS) by using VNA-based direct comparison transfer method (VBDCTM) was developed on C# platform. Measurements were performed between 10 MHz and 18 GHz range. When the factors calculated with conventional CF novel compared, maximum difference 4.56% found in – band.
