According to analyze the settlement characteristics of storage tank foundation at water-filling preloading stage and stable loading based on numerical simulation, researching foundation. The tourmaline-based composite materials as an effective thermal coating of heat exchanger unit were prepared from natural mineral tourmaline, transition metal oxides and carbon nanotubes. far infrared emission properties performance studied. results indicated that can be adjusted with the chemical composition materials, when mass percentage nanotubes is 10%, fractional 26.77% energy saving efficiency achieved.
