Different seed priming treatments are widely used in order to improve the nutritional status of wheat, as well its grain yield and yield- related traits. The present study aimed evaluate impact with zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) on traits, such as, field emergence, plant height, spike length per four winter wheat genotypes (Triticum aestivum L.) during two vegetation seasons 2018/2019 2019/2020. seeds each were primed different concentrations ZnO NPs (0 mg L−1, 10 100 L−1 1000 L−1) for...

This paper systematically reviews the potential of Sentinel-2 (A and B) in assessing drought. Research findings, including IPCC reports, highlighted increasing trend drought over decades need for a better understanding assessment this phenomenon. Continuous monitoring Earth’s surface is an efficient method predicting identifying early warnings drought, which enables us to prepare plan mitigation procedures. Considering spatial, temporal, spectral characteristics, freely available data...

Groundwater is one of the most important natural resources for reliable and sustainable water supplies in world. To understand use resources, fundamental characteristics groundwater need to be analyzed, but many cases, situ data measurements are not available or incomplete. In this study, we used GIS fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) techniques delineation potential zones (GWPZ) Titel Municipality (northern Serbia) based on quantitative assessment scores by experts (hydrologists,...

A broad variety of research indicates that climate change has intensified and extended meteorological droughts across parts Europe, with southern European regions experiencing particularly severe impacts (IPCC, 2012). The majority SEE countries are an increase in drought severity frequency according to a plethora research. most commonly used indicators by regional experts indexes such as SPI, SPEI, PDSI, well more specific parameters like the maximum seasonal dry spell (DS), SGI, discharge...

The challenges of the global food supply and environment conservation require ongoing scientific observations soil-to-plant plant-to-environment interactions with aim improving agriculture resource management. This study included winter wheat yield biomass four varieties over three consecutive growing seasons site-year cases to assess effects nitrogen (N) fertilization rate time application on grain biomass. For different varieties, full factorial design was performed, where combinations...

The study aimed to analyze changes in water quality based on ten physicochemical parameters for the Danube River Bačka. Data from three profiles over a twenty-year interval were used and processed using multivariate statistics. An ANOVA indicated that of surface is mostly at satisfactory level. Sufficient amounts dissolved oxygen indicate favorable aeration regime. surpassing annual monthly values suspended solids was recorded all (especially summer). summary results show most parameters,...

The purpose of this paper was to determine whether soils, located in the vicinity aluminium plant Podgorica, are polluted with fluorine. For 60 soil samples (26 brown and 34 alluvial soil) were collected from two depths (0 20 40 cm). Total available fluorine determined by potentiometric method, after necessary preparations for analysis. It found that almost all content total above 300 mg/kg - maximum permissible value element agricultural soils. Highest values on locations southwards plant....

As climate change is making weather patterns more erratic, water supply for agriculture becoming increasingly uncertain. This particularly concerning in the highly agricultural Serbian Danube River Basin, where crops are mainly rainfed and growing season warmer drier recent years. Assessing balance between future demand availability under changing critical to developing strategies combat scarcity challenges. To understand how precipitation temperature affect this region during 2041-2070, we...
