지속적인 해외 여행객 증가와 지방공항을 거점으로 하는 저비용항공사의 등장에 따라 수도권 공항에 집중되어 있는 내국인의 국제선 이용 행태가 변화할 것으로 예상된다. 막대한 비용이 투입되는 공항 신설과 확장사업들을 평가함에 있어서 이와 같은 항공 여행객들의 공항선택 행태 변화를 정확하게 예측하는 것은 핵심적인 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 행태를 다항로짓모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 모형 추정에는 출입국 수속 과정에서 수집되는 여객 통계자료를 사용하였으나, 이 자료는 이산선택모형 추정에 일반적으로 사용되는 개인에 대한 개별적인 관측치가 아니고 거주지와 여행국가별로 집계된 자료이다. 따라서 추정할 때 관측값에 대해서 공항별 선택비율과 이용객수를 각각 적용한 2가지 다른 모형을 개발하였다. 중에서 통계적 유의성과 VOT 추정치를 바탕으로 동일인에 반복적 관측 자료를 활용하는 방식인 이용객 수를 최적 선택 모형으로 제시하였다. 선정된 모형의 실제 적용가능성은 현재 건설이 추진 중인...

유라시아 이니셔티브의 구현과 남북간 경제협력 정상화 및 통일 시대에 대비하기 위하여서는 남북한 철도망의 연결이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 경제협력이 되어 남북간의 교역이 활성화되고, 러시아 중국으로의 통과 물동량을 소화할 수 있는 철도 물류망의 구축방안을 제시한다. 24 조치 이후 중단된 물동량 북한지역 예측하고, 이를 수송할 노선대안을 설정하고 이 노선의 개선에 필요한 비용을 추정하였으며, 노선별 투자우선순위를 제시하였다. 그 결과 물류수송 측면에서 TCR의 효용 정책적 가치가 TSR 보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이에 반하여 TSR로 연결되는 철도망은 기존의 동해축 보다는 상대적으로 국내 수요가 많은 수도권을 경유하는 노선이 우선 순위가 높은 그러나 노선은 중앙선의 용량제약으로 인하여 추가적으로 수도권 외곽철도의 신설이 바람직한 이러한 결과는 정상적인 경제협력상태를 가정한 결과이며, 이후에는 지역 모두 추가적인 건설 개량 사업이 필요할 예상된다. Personal Rapid Transit(PRT)는 대중교통중심의 지속가능한 사회를 위한 교통수단으로 각광받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경험하지 못한 교통수단에 대한 이용자들의 인식을 효과적으로 측정하기 설문 설계방법을 제시하고, PRT 잠재적 지불의사액(WTP: Willingness-to-pay)을 고려한 수단전환율 모형을 구축하여 이용경험이 부재한 사람들의 교통수단 이용선호의 변화를 분석하였다. 또한, 연구의 적정성을 검증하기 위해 설문조사 결과를 기초로 구축된 추정모형을 도입이 논의 중인 송도신도시에 적용하여 이용수요를 예측하고, 요금수준에 따른 수단전환율의 기존 예측모형의 결과와 비교하였다. 모형적용결과를 통해 연구에서 제안된 설계방식은 이용선호와 관련된 설명변수를 측정함을 알 수 예측에 있어서, 제시하고 있는 모형이 모형보다 이용자가 느끼는 요금에 저항을 현실적으로 반영하는 것으로 나타났다.
