Alkynyl amides play crucial roles in organic synthesis the production of bioactive compounds and valuable heterocycles. Despite numerous studies on their synthesis, challenges persist due to necessity harsh or hazardous conditions use costly unstable reagents. Herein, we present a one‐pot method for all three bonds alkyne under transition‐metal free conditions. An important feature this chemistry is readily available feedstock chemicals, such as methyl esters acetamides. This approach offers...

Abstract The development of new catalytic methods based on lower-cost metals under environmentally friendly conditions is still a challenge. Herein, we report an efficient strategy for the synthesis vinyl sulfones from O-propargyl alkynes and sodium salts sulfinic acids using silver nitrate, inexpensive readily available catalyst, air atmosphere aqueous conditions. products were obtained in good to moderate yields, mechanism reaction was also investigated.

A novel strategy for the synthesis of sulfides and selenides from phosphonium salts thio- or selenesulfonates, commercially available compounds, is described. When phosphoranes were used in reaction, different products obtained. The methodology does not require use metals, reactive species, anhydrous conditions to be performed.
