Este relato de caso apresenta um atleta futebol 15 anos idade diagnosticado com fratura estresse do púbis e tratado conservadoramente, resultados satisfatórios. Uma vez realizada revisão da literatura, os autores descreveram quadro clínico, diagnóstico tratamento. A importância desta publicação reside no fato a lesão descrita ser raramente encontrada na literatura.
