This study was designed to determine the most common pathway toward development of clinical self-confidence for therapists during first year client contact. Telephone interviews were conducted with 39 recent graduates a master's level marriage and family therapy program. Subjects asked graph their over 12 months experience. Results reveal three-stage model therapist development. The implications training within each stage are identified an emphasis on role supervisor.

Abstract The investigators analyzed videotaped interviews with 18 client systems attending marital or family therapy. During the interviews, clients were asked to comment on their experience of process therapy, including what was helpful and not about treatment they receiving. Three thematic categories emerged from qualitative analysis data: 1) respect for hierarchy inherent in therapeutic relationship; 2) importance therapist empathy; 3) perceived helpfulness various techniques.

Hot Jupiters on extremely short-period orbits are expected to be unstable tidal dissipation and spiral toward their host stars. That is because they transfer the angular momentum of orbital motion through into stellar interior. Although magnitude this phenomenon related physical properties a specific star-planet system, statistical studies show that might shape architecture hot Jupiter systems during lifetime main sequence. The efficiency remains poorly constrained in systems. Stellar...
