Objective To study radiotherapy modality and prognosis in patients with multiple brain metastases. Methods One hundred twelve metastases were treated WBRT, SRS/SRT, WBRT plus SRS/SRT differently, the median survival time lethality of analyzed. Results The was 3.8 months, 7.8 months 8.0 differently. 67.7%, 15.7%,and 11.6% SRS/SRT,WBRT SRS/SRT. Conclusion can improve local control ultimate outcome less numbers.
