본 연구는 국내 이주노동자의 지각된 차별감이 우울에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 지 각된 차별감과 우울 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 이를 위해 A 광역시에 거주하는 124명의 이주노동자를 대상을 설문을 실시하였고, 분석 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이주노동자가 지각하는 차별감은 직접적인 영향 을 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지지는 우울의 관계를 부적 으로 부분 매개하는 구체적으로, 이주노동자에게 중요한 이의 지지 가 마지막으로, 연구의 제한점과 추후 연구에 대한 방향성에 대해 논의하였다.
본 연구의 목적은 이주민의 삶의 만족도와 관련된 변인을 확인하고 변인들의 효과크 기를 메타분석을 통해 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 2023년까지 국내에서 발표된 석·박사 학위논문과 학술지 논문 중 만족도 관련 31편을 선 정하였고, 촉진요인과 방해요인을 추출하였다. 메타분석 연구결 과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인내적 요인은 큰 효과크기를, 가족 중간 효과크기 를 나타냈다. 둘째, 사회적 효과크기를 나타냈는데, 참여는 통계적으로 유의한 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 문화적 문화적응 유형 분리는 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점 및 제한점과, 후 속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.
