To observe the computerized tomography (CT) imaging manifestations of coracoid process fractures associated with acromioclavicular(AC) joint dislocation and make classification summary, explore a new fracture combined acromioclavicular dislocation.

Abstract Background： Fractures of the scapula caused directly by electrical shock are very rare, and bilateral fractures humeral head induced an electric have not been described previously. Case presentation： We report a patient with resulting from accidental (220 Volt,50 Hz). This appears to be previously unreported injury. Conculusions： Fracture secondary should suspected in patients shoulder pain but no dislocation.
