This paper makes use of Hilbert transform to analyze and compensate the phase error caused by nonlinear effect in shifting profilometry (PSP). The characteristics distribution domain was analyzed compared with spatial domain. A simple flexible compensation method proposed directly process phase-shifting fringe images without any auxiliary conditions or complicated computation. Experimental results demonstrated that can be reduced about 80% three-step PSP, more than 95% four step which...

We demonstrate in this paper that the traditional double random phase encoding (DRPE) technique is vulnerable to ciphertext-only attack (COA). In method, an unauthorized user (or say attacker) assumed be able retrieve corresponding plaintext from only ciphertext under some certain condition. The proposed scheme mainly relies on a hybrid iterative retrieval (HIPR) algorithm, which combines various algorithms. With estimation of number nonzero pixels (NNP) original plaintext, attacker could...

Abstract Fault maturity has been proposed to exert a first order control on earthquake rupture, yet direct observations linking individual rupture long‐term fault growth are rare. The 2021 Mw 7.4 Maduo ruptured the east‐growing end of slow‐moving (∼1 mm/yr) Jiangcuo in north Tibet, providing an opportunity examine relation between characteristics and structure. Here we combine field multiple remote sensing techniques map surface at cm‐resolution document comprehensively on‐fault offsets...

The measurement accuracy of fringe projection profilometry (FPP) largely depends on the calibration procedure. A more reliable approach based stereo vision model FPP scheme in conjunction with bundle adjustment strategy is presented. It can adjust coordinates benchmarks and thereby estimate parameters accurately even an imperfect target. experiment results shows that proposed reach highly accurate by solely using a printed target pattern, which verifies approach.

Two major methods for 3D reconstruction in fringe projection profilometry, phase-height mapping and stereovision, have their respective problems: the former has low-flexibility practical application due to system restrictions latter requires time-consuming homogenous points searching. Given these limitations, we propose a phase-3D method developed from back-projection stereovision model achieve flexible high-efficient profilometry. We showed that all dimensional coordinates (X, Y, Z), but...

Abstract Microlens array-based light-field imaging has been one of the most commonly used and effective technologies to record high-dimensional optical signals for developing various potential high-performance applications in many fields. However, use a microlens array generally suffers from an intrinsic trade-off between spatial angular resolutions. In this paper, we concentrate on exploiting diffuser explore novel modality imaging. We demonstrate that can efficiently angularly couple...
