An outbreak was described among the guests of a Long-Term Care Facility in North Italy. Among 23 guests, 20 whom were fully vaccinated with BNT162b2 vaccine, led to final count 11 positive 9 vaccinated, and 4 healthcare workers, only 1 vaccinated.
