海産巻貝類のインポセックス (生殖器異常/生殖機能障害) に及ぼす有機スズ汚染の影響を知るために, 巻貝類のうちイボニシ (Thais clavigera) とバイ (Babylonia japonica) を対象に, GC/MSによるステロイドホルモンの同定を行った. その結果, イボニシについては, 精巣からテストステロン, 卵巣から17β-エストラジオールを, またバイについては一斉分析を行い, 精巣からテストステロンとアンドロステロン, 卵巣から17β-エストラジオール, エストロン及びエチニルエストラジオールの存在を初めて確認した. 更にGC/MS測定のための前処理 (抽出・精製) 法を検討し, サロゲート物質を用いた添加回収実験から良好な回収率を得ることができた. イボニシ及びバイ中のテストステロンと17β-エストラジオールが定量できた. また, 病理組織学的手法によって精巣におけるテストステロン産生細胞と思われる細胞の存在を観察し, また免疫組織化学的手法によって上記細胞の存在とテストステロンの存在についても観察した.
We report a new algorithm, called the self-adjusting to construct an aperiodic optical superlattice in which multiple nonlinear parametric processes can be realized simultaneously with high conversion efficiency. ELISA法を用いて海産巻貝であるイボニシの生殖巣中のテストステロンを個体別に定量するための測定条件を確立した. 抗テストステロン抗体キットの選択及び試料の前処理法を詳細に検討することにより, ELISA法で問題となる測定値のばらつきを克服することができ, 測定値はGC/MSの値と良い一致を示した. GC/MSではできなかった個体別の定量が初めて可能になった. この方法を用いて, 有機スズ汚染及び非汚染域で採集したイボニシ (メス) を分析した結果, インポセックス罹患個体のテストステロンが高い傾向を示すことが確認された.
