Conformal TiO2 having a smooth surface was deposited using flow-type reactor for supercritical fluid deposition (SCFD). Supercritical fluid deposition (SCFD) of a conformal and stoichiometric Bi4Ti3O12 (BIT) bismuth titanate film was developed in this work.
