To determine the predictive role of neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in prognosis and survival patients with squamous cell carcinoma penis.A retrospective cohort study 96 penis (SCCP). Descripción del caso clínico: Se expone el de un paciente varón 48 años sin antecedentes interés que acude derivado atención primaria para estudio una tumoración perineal izquierda le produce dolor ocasional. Clinical case: The present article describes the case of a 48-year-old male patient with no history interest referred from primary care to evaluate left perineal tumour occasionally painful. Radiological findings reveal fatty lesion whose suspected diagnosis is hibernoma being confirmed once histopathological examination made.
