Existing topic tracking methods are mostly for news and forum data, which lack of statistical microblogging on relevant topics. Combined with characteristics micro-blog information, the paper proposes a based semantic similarity. Firstly by building model then use HowNet similarity calculation two terms, measures relevance microblogging. Finally statistics method is provided degree correlation.
