본 논문은 코로나19 감염병 확산이 외국인 근로자의 삶에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지 알아보고 그들의 대처과정을 이해하기 위한 탐색적 연구이다. 이를 위해 근로자를 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 분석결과, 근로자들은 코로나19로 인해 경제적 위기 상황에 직면하였으며, 침묵과 방관적인 사회체제 속에서 우리사회 안에서 뿌리내리기에 실패한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 코로나19의 지속적 확산으로 물질적·심리적 빈곤에서 헤어 나오지 못하면서 조직 내 외톨이 이방인이 되어가고 있었다. 코로나19에 대처하는 삶은 관계고립형, 관계축소형, 관계협의형으로 유형화되는 분석되었다. 앞으로 재난 불평등의 나타나는 근로자들의 고유한 대처전략에 주목할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구는 산업 전 분야에서 진행되고 있는 디지털 트랜스포메이션에 대한 사용자의 수용행위에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 우선 트랜스포메이션 영향을 미치는 주요 결정요인을 확인하기 위해 기술-환경-조직(TOE) 프레임워크를 바탕으로 탐색적 요인분석을 시행하였다. 또한 앞서 추출한 핵심 결정요인들이 수용의도와 수용저항에 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 사용한 데이터는 우리나라의 산업분야인 공공, 유통, 금융, 교육, 의료, 교통 및 제조 등 7개 분야의 종사자 약 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시해 확보하였다. 분석 결과 도입에 결정요인은 기술, 조직 문화, 운용성, 업무운영, 비즈니스 환경과 지각된 위험 총 6가지로 구성됨을 밝혔고, 이중 문화가 가장 큰 것을 확인하였다. 연구의 결과를 활용하여 기업은 더 효율적이고 효과적인 이행 전략을 수립할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
