Gastric cancer is one of the deadliest malignant tumors digestive tract, and its development metastasis are regulated by various factors. Some studies have shown that PSMD2 involved in regulating tumor microenvironment stiffness. However, exact mechanism unclear, effective means to quantify effect on gastric tissue hardness lacking. Herein, we revealed mechanical heterogeneity tissues patients using a large-scale AFM-based situ method. cryosections were probed this method under aqueous...

The scanning laser Doppler vibrometer (SLDV) is an extremely valuable method for studying the dynamic properties of vibrating objects, such as those in industrial production, entomology research, and biomedical testing. traditional SLDV scans samples using inclined laser, which ignores three-dimensional (3-D) information sample, resulting a relatively complicated calculation process. In processes scientific measured target may have known 3-D regular surface. When structure with height moves...

After eons of evolution, biological systems have developed excellent actuating methodology in micro-nano scale, which inspired the design and development advanced microrobots. Cardiomyocytes received extensive attention following bio-syncretic robots terms its spontaneous contraction high energy efficiency. However, multipoint, high-precision synchronized, comprehensive acquisition axial motion parameters cardiomyocytes still constitutes major factor hindering quantitative control methods...

The typical selective state-space model (SSM) of Mamba addresses several limitations Transformers, such as quadratic computational complexity with sequence length and significant inference-time memory requirements due to the key-value cache. However, growing size models continues pose training deployment challenges raises environmental concerns considerable energy consumption. In this work, we introduce Bi-Mamba, a scalable powerful 1-bit architecture designed for more efficient large...

Production of hydrogen azide was studied using NaN3 and oleic acid as reactant. The HN3 yield no less than 70% in all experiments the highest 92.6% were obtained. results show that preparation is feasible better those strong inorganic or stearic to safety efficiency. An online measurement suggested by means mass spectrometer with capillary sampling.

The diversity of functional applications atomic force microscopes is the key to development nanotechnology. However, single probe configuration traditional microscope restricts realization different application requirements for same target area a sample, and replacement working will lead loss area. Here, design, simulation, fabrication, unique dual-probe are presented, which consists pair parallel cantilevers with narrow gap U-shaped hinged base. Integrated Hinged Dual-Probe (IHDP) developed...

Abstract Atomic force microscopy (AFM) has been adopted in both industry and academia for high‐fidelity, full‐profile topographic characterization. Typically, the tiny tip of cantilever limited traveling range scanner restrict AFM measurement to relatively flat samples (recommend 1 µm). The primary objective this work is address these limitations using a large‐range (measuring height >10 µm) system consisting novel repairable high aspect ratio probe (HARP) with...
