Neurofibrosarcoma is a malignancy that occurs more frequently in patients with neurofibromatosis- 1 (NF- 1) and rarely may arise independently. This presentation of 3 consecutive histologic diagnosis neurofibrosarcoma who presented to the University Calabar Teaching Hospital, from 2011-2013. Two were associated NF-1 decade younger than one without NF-1. Late poor follow up notable underlying factors. Long term NF -1 for early adequate treatment will improve outcome.
