Several crystal forms of serum albumin suitable for three‐dimensional structure determination have been grown. These include crystals recombinant and wild‐type human albumin, baboon canine albumin. The intrinsic limits X‐ray diffraction these are in the range 0.28–0.22 nm. Two produced from incorporated long‐chain fatty acids. Molecular replacement experiments successfully conducted on each form using previously determined atomic coordinates illustrating conserved tertiary structure.

Many splicing factors interact with both mRNA and pre-mRNA. The identification of these interactions has been greatly improved by the development in vivo cross-linking immunoprecipitation. However, output carries a strong sampling bias favor RNPs that form on more abundant RNA species like mRNA. We have developed novel vitro approach for surveying binding pre-mRNA, without or bias. Briefly, this entails specifically designed oligonucleotide pools tile through pre-mRNA sequence. pool is then...

Summary: Symptomatic neuromas can cause debilitating pain, significantly impairing patients’ quality of life. There are numerous medical and surgical options for management. Targeted muscle reinnervation (TMR) is a nerve transfer procedure that now commonly used to prevent or treat symptomatic phantom limb pain in amputees. few reports the current literature about performing TMR nonamputee, but no cohort studies date report outcomes.
