Abstract The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic constitutes not only a danger for public health, but may also threaten civil liberties. Looking at the examples of recent events in Poland and Hungary, authors argue that governments misuse their political advantage, thus endangering health. Zusammenfassung: Das Konzept Kollegiale Beratung ist Bestandteil der generalistischen Pflegeausbildung. Wir haben einen Ansatz zur Implementierung des Konzepts in Ausbildung entwickelt. Dieser kombiniert Theorie und Simulation kollegialer miteinander. Parallel wurde eine Begleitstudie durchgeführt. Im Folgenden werden die Ergebnisse Studie diskutiert.
Zusammenfassung: Kommunikative Kompetenzen sind nicht nur für Lehrkräfte in den Gesundheitsberufen zentral ihren Arbeitsalltag. Sie müssen während des Studiums erworben und im Verlauf Berufslebens weitergebildet werden. In einer Umfrage unter Lehrkräften wurden Einstellungen zur eigenen Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie zum Einfluss von Trainings auf die kommunikative Kompetenz erfragt.
