Abstract The present research was carried out to explore the spider fauna of Buner valley with taxonomic study from February 2018 January 2019. The present investigation was conducted to evaluate the amount of heavy metals from River Siran at Khaki site Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. chosenheavy were Zn, Cu, Cd, Pb, Cr and Mn correspondingly. In current survey,the concentration examined Zn 1.14-1.85 ppm; Cu 1.04-1.25 Cd 0.02-1.35 Pb 0.05-1.27 0.04-0.16 ppm 0.06-0.08 respectively. research found above permissible ranges while 1.13-1.88 0.01-0.04 lies within limits.
