In this study, three polysaccharides including water-soluble polysaccharide (WSP), dilute alkali-soluble (DASP) and concentrated (CASP) were extracted from purple sweet potatoes then administered to normal cyclophosphamide (CTX) treated mice by gavage. The results showed that WSP CASP could restore the spleen index immune cytokine (IL-2 IL-6) levels in CTX mice, while DASP enhance of TNF-α, IL-2 IL-6. As compared control group, treatment groups exhibited increased Bacteroidetes,...

Quantitative research on the impact weight and of regional heterogeneity urban spatial structure elements carbon emissions efficiency can provide a scientific basis practical guidance for low-carbon sustainable development. This study uses megacity Chengdu as an example to measure analyze emission multidimensional by building high-resolution grid identifying main that affect their weights via Ordinary Least Squares regression (OLS) Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). The each element...

The use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides the farming without crop rotation may negatively impact microbial community quality soils in ginger farm. It is important to improve soil properties promote healthy growth We isolated identified pathogenic Fusarium ramigenum from infected roots. then a new Bacillus paralicheniformis strain SYN-191 rhizosphere around roots, showed B. SYN-91 could inhibit F. growth, degrade proteins, dissolve silicate, decompose cellulose. treatment significantly...

Drip irrigation has become an application trend of water-saving technology due to its excellent water-use efficiency. However, the energy dissipation form commonly used labyrinth channel is relatively simple, and corresponding mechanism research inadequate. This article proposes a new kind structure drip emitters based on scalariform perforation plates in plant xylem vessels. We establish total 16 sets orthogonal schemes. Using numerical simulation physical experiments, hydraulic performance...

Utilizing brackish water with drip irrigation technology, due to its precise control alleviates the secondary soil salinization, and improves crop yield quality, which offers sustainable agricultural development opportunities in saline areas. However, complex characteristics of increase risk emitter clogging, inhibit promotion adoption. It is necessary find out dominant quality ions that lead clogging under multiple ion interactions when using coexistence conditions. Thus, in-situ pilot...

Litopenaeus vannamei, with high plant protein acceptance and global aquaculture production, is a potential species for rapeseed meal application. However, has been associated anorexia in fish, whether the same occurs L. vannamei remains unknown. This study demonstrated effects of on feeding anorexigenic endocrine based behavior transcriptomics. Soybean was replaced fermented (50%), significant increase remaining diet dietary discard observed reduction visits. Transcriptome analysis revealed...

Abstract. Reusing reclaimed water in agricultural irrigation has become an effective way to alleviate shortages agriculture. However, the multiple substances and their coupling effects easily lead emitter clogging when using drip technology. The microorganisms present effluents secrete extracellular absorb large amounts of solid particles, ions, nutrients, organic matter thus main part substance. Meanwhile, traditional systems converted from both fertilization water-fertilizer result more...
