Abstract Under the policy of achieving carbon peak before 2030, paper predicts whether Jiangsu province can achieve emissions 2030. Based on data from 2001 to 2018, uses Lasso regression model screen out 8 significant factors affecting emissions, sets values each influencing during 2019-2030, and BP neural network predict 2019-2030.
