Copperhead bites account for nearly 40% of all snakebites in the United States. Although common, these are rarely severe, and most treated with supportive care antivenom. We describe first reported case a copperhead envenomation resulting hand compartment syndrome measured elevated pressures that necessitated fasciotomy hand.
