목 적: 시간을 달리한 양측 고관절 주위 골절 환자의 형태, 위험 인자 및 시기를 분석하고자 하였다. 대상 방법: 1997년 9월부터 2004년 12월까지 본원에 입원 가료하였던 621명의 환자 중 24명을 대상으로 성별, 평균 연령, 발생 빈도, Singh 지수, 발생률, 두 골절의 간격, 수술 방법, 동반 질환 등을 후향적 으로 조사하였다. 결 과: 남녀 비는 5:19, 발생률은 3.86% (24/621명), 일, 이차 골절에서의 연령은 76.9세 (65~89세)와 78.9세 (65~92세), 지수는 2.5급 (2~4급)과 2.1급 (1~3급)이었고, 원인은 넘어짐이 21례 (87.5%), 골절간의 간격은 3년 이내가 19명 (79.1%), 형태는 같은 형태의 골절이 발생한 경우가 17명, 방법은 모두 양극성 반치환술을 시행한 12례 (50.0%)로 가장 많았다. 기존 질환으 로는 심혈관계 질환과 뇌졸중의 합병증이 22례이었다. 론: 고령에서 일차 후 정도에 잘 발생하는...

목적: 제5중수골 골절 치료로 경피적 역행성 골수강내 핀 고정술의 해부학적 및 기능적 결과를 보고하고자 하였다. 대상 방법: 제5중수골의 비개방성 골절에 대하여 고정술을 시행받은 31명의 환자를 대상으로 하였으며, 방사선학적으로 골유합 시기 각형성을 평가하였고, 임상적으로는 관절 운동 범위 DASH 점수 합병증을 평가하였다. 결과: 골유합은 모든 예에서 이루어졌으며, 가골의 형성은 수술 후 평균 41일에 관찰되었다. 최종 추시에서 부위의 각 전후면상에서는 3도 측면상에서는 1.2도였으며, 측정 가능한 단축은 보이지 않았다. 총 능동적 범위는 253도, 점수는 2.6이었다. 추시 관찰 중 2명의 환자에서 금속핀의 전위가 있었다. 결론: 간부 최소 침습적인 고정술은 비교적 합병증이 적고 좋은 얻을 수 있는 치료법 하나라고 생각된다.
