本文报道1例良性对称性脂肪瘤病合并重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)二次手术后急性肺梗死患者。10年前行第1次颈部脂肪瘤切除术,2年前肿物复发,复发后再次于全麻下行类似改良颈淋巴清扫术式,术后第3天出现胸闷、气促,行双下肢深静脉彩超、肺动脉CT血管成像(CTA)确诊肺梗死,经抗凝治疗及密切监护下肺血管血栓消失。术后随访3个月,患者颈部伤口愈合良好,打鼾、憋气症状明显缓解。.
