AbstractThe Black–Scholes (B–S) equation has been recently extended as a kind of tempered time-fractional B–S equations, which becomes an interesting mathematical model in option pricing. In this study, we provide fast numerical method to approximate the solution model. To achieve high-order accuracy space and overcome weak initial singularity exact solution, combine compact difference operator with L1-type approximation under nonuniform time steps yield scheme. The convergence proposed...

Self-controlled designs, both case-crossover and self-controlled case series, are well suited for evaluating outcomes of drug-drug interactions in electronic healthcare data. Their comparative performance this context, however, is unknown. We simulated cohorts patients exposed to two drugs: a chronic drug (object) short-term (precipitant) with an associated interaction 2.0 on the odds ratio scale. We analyzed using series designs exposure precipitant within person-time object drug. Scenarios...

Abstract Accurate construction of artificial nano‐chaperones' structure is crucial for precise regulation protein conformational transformation, facilitating effective treatment proteopathy. However, how the ligand‐anchors nano‐chaperones affect spatial changes in proteins remains unclear, limiting development efficient nano‐chaperones. In this study, three types gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with different core/ligands interface anchor structures (Au─NH─R, Au─S─R, and Au─C≡C─R, R = benzoic...
