Therapeutic strategies that induce inflammatory responses in immunologically "cold" tumors have the potential to improve immunotherapeutic outcomes. Pharmacologically activating stimulator of interferon gene (STING) pathway induces innate immunity, subsequently enhancing tumor immunogenicity. Here, we developed a nanoadjuvant with tumor-restricted pharmacology rapidly activated STING and reshaped microenvironment. The non-nucleotide agonist MSA-2 was chemically engineered piperazine motif...

A modified indirect algorithm for extracting real permittivities from measured resonant frequencies has been developed. It is based on the perturbation theory along with Newton iteration method, and improves speed of calculation a factor 2-4. superior, especially when system matrices under are large. Based complementary advantages direct algorithm, mixed high accuracy described. measurement incorporating linear fractional curve-fitting method built to measure complex high-Q materials.

Ca3Ti2O7 with Ruddlesden-Popper structure exhibits the largest polarization among known hybrid improper ferroelectrics. However, high Curie temperature impedes thorough study of phase transition through dielectric characterization. According to previous theoretical design rule, can be suppressed by increasing tolerance factor. So, in present work, high-quality Ca3-xLaxTi2-xAlxO7 (x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) ceramics increased factors were successfully prepared. The amplitude oxygen octahedral...
