Due to the high vibration sensitivity, flexible composite structure is prone and structural deformation, thus it necessary study active control improve its performance. Based on idea of PID LQR control, a PID-LQR hybrid controller proposed in this article. It proved that has better performance by simulating response under various excitation conditions. Finally, effectiveness verified experiment, reduced about 31.55% after control.

Natural spices are highly valued for their versatile applications, yet the molecular basis of sensory properties remains underexplored. This study employs liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HiRes-MS) with data-independent acquisition (DIA) to conduct a comprehensive nontargeted metabolite analysis sensory-enhancing attributes. Fifty-seven natural were evaluated and categorized into three groups based on five metrics, astringency nasal moistening scores exhibiting...

A finite element model for setting drilling conditions is established. The effect of feed speed and spindle on the process was studied. In test phase, tests were conducted using three different speeds (60, 100, 140 mm/min) (800, 1000, 1200 rpm). correctness verified by comparing experimental numerical simulation data. results show that axial force torque increase significantly with speed, while less as increases. temperature cutting edge increases Increasing rotating formation chip curl....

To address the problem that complex bearing faults are coupled to each other, and difficulty of diagnosis increases, an improved envelope spectrum–maximum second-order cyclostationary blind deconvolution (IES-CYCBD) method is proposed realize separation vibration signal fault features. The spectrum (IES) obtained by integrating part frequency axis containing resonance bands in cyclic spectral coherence function. resonant corresponding different types accurately located, IES with more...

Abstract In order to evaluate the passing performance of wire mesh screen wheel designed for lunar mobile platform, a beam element co-node method was proposed build finite model net according its special structure. The built by not only ensures quality and cross-section characteristics, but also greatly reduces number meshes compared with direct meshing model. soil discrete particle were set up in LS-DYNA joint working conditions. platform has sinking amount less than 10% diameter driving...

In this paper, a ground‐based experimental system for solar array active vibration suppression has been established. Firstly, in order to establish an accurate model of the array, is regarded as flexible cantilevered thin plate, and corresponding dynamical equations are derived using absolute nodal coordinate method. addition, more advanced MFC piezoelectric patch used instead traditional PZT ceramic patch. The electromechanical coupling finite element P1‐type established substituted into...

This paper proposes a method for designing the ram structure of friction stir welding (FSW) robots using finite element analysis. Under given working condition, force analysis is performed. By analyzing boundary and load cases on structure, we optimize topology size. Through ram-structure optimization considering static dynamic characteristics, can achieve lightweight design effectively improve FSW robot's precision. The flow be applied to heavy-load high-stiffness structure.
