Impact of 600 eV protons at grazing incidence on LiF(100) is studied with a new coincidence technique combining energy loss and electron spectroscopy. Correlation between the secondary electrons charge state scattered projectiles demonstrates role ${\mathrm{H}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ ions formed surface as precursors for emission. However, main channel not associated emission but interpreted population excitons.
High-quality ZnO(Ga2O3) thin films have been co-evaporated by reactive electron-beam evaporation in an oxygen environment. The effect of Ga2O3 on the structural and optical properties has investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements shown that alloys are c-axis-oriented. alloy containing 28% showed best crystallinity. Photoluminescence ZnO(28%Ga2O3) reveals enhancement ultraviolet near band edge emission at 380 nm while intensity deep-level emissions weakens. A reduction vacancies as...
The purpose of this study is to explore factors that affect exclusively physical, virtual and both a Virtual-Physical (VP) Physical-Virtual (PV) sequence manipulatives within Studio Physics environment. In environment students actively work together learn through real world experimentation simulation based activities.Activities tests have been especially designed for purpose.Students, from different sections two consecutive academic years, involved in the study.Statistics show comprehensive...
Understanding the true reasons behind students’ failure, and bringing preventive measures to this issue at early stages are invaluable in educational learning process. Preventing problems such as language deficiency or misclassification of students appropriate academic levels is primordial for any institution. Many factors influence process students, demographic characteristics, background well barrier. This work highlights most preponderant affecting advancement provides support...
Noise analysis with different scenarios has been conducted for an oil and gas field to determine whether workers during sandblasting operations were fully protected from high noise prevent ear injuries downtime. The main purpose is minimize doses affecting through optimal scheduling algorithm. Data collected a meter was evaluated analyzed in terms of LA eq —A-weighted average energy equivalent sound pressure levels—and L pk peak, the audible range 12.5 Hz 20 kHz based on one-third octave...
The energy loss and the mean number of secondary electrons are measured as a function projectile scattering angle for 10 keV Oq+ ions (q = 2–7) colliding on LiF target at grazing angle. These data interpreted in terms trajectory dependant properties, which essentially governed by neutralisation dynamics way collision. relative role potential kinetic emission is evaluated discussed.
Recently, standard-setting cut scores and assessment techniques became of major concerns for many organizational institutions worldwide. A score separates one performance level from another. It differentiates between those who pass fail. They may vary according to the recommendations policy makers stakeholders. Passing were suggested by methods on numerous types tests: certification tests educational tests. Most these standard setting rely panelists’ subjectivity in ordering items...
The desorption of negative secondary ions from vacuum evaporated layers decacyclene and phenylalanine deposited on surface upon the impact HCI is investigated by time-of-flight SIMS. relative yield small large sputtered species measured for different charge states. A special attention brought to monomer anion.
