A perfluorobutyl-functionalized two-dimensional porous coordination polymer (PCP), {[Cu(bpbtp)(L)(DMF)]·(DMF)}n (H2bpbtp = 2,5-bis(perfluorobutyl)terephthalic acid, L 2,5-bis(perfluorobutyl)-1,4-bis(4-pyridyl)benzene, DMF N,N-dimethylformamide) has been synthesized and structurally characterized.
