This study aims to explore the correlation between brain neuro metabolites and clinical symptom scales in GDD GDD+ASD. 11 children with 12 +ASD took MR scans, completed GABA Glx spectroscopic acquisition. Results indicated that there is a significant difference DQ language levels GDD+ASD, GABA/Cr were significantly decreased GDD+ASD compared GDD.
